One account per person. Extra accounts get everything banned. If we find you're under 18, your account is removed.
Impact Score is your reputation. Impact Coins are what you redeem for local offers. Neither is money. You can't buy them, sell them, transfer them, or cash them out — and we may change how they work.
Take a live photo in the app. We capture your location and photo details to confirm it really happened. Fake proof, edited GPS, or AI-made images = account banned, everything forfeited.
No illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexual, or spam content, and no impersonation. This is a real community — we can remove content and ban accounts that break this.
Challenges happen in the real world. You decide what's safe for you, and you take part at your own risk. Get permission before doing anything on someone's property.
Anonymous reviewers approve or reject submissions, so your proof photo and its location may be shown to other users for review. Rejected just means redo it — no penalty. Our team has the final say.
Credits are deducted immediately and never refunded. Codes are single-use, yours alone — sharing them cancels them. Unused codes expire.
We connect you to them — we're not the seller. If a shop doesn't honour a deal, or something's wrong with what you get, that's between you and them. We may help, but we're not responsible.
Your photos and posts stay yours. But you give us permission to show them in the app and use them in our marketing, press, and impact reporting. Only upload what's genuinely yours, and don't photograph people without their consent.
We use your location to verify challenges and to show you local challenges, offers, and air-quality tasks near you.
We collect your location, photos, and activity to make the app work and verify actions. We don't sell your personal data. You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

Your login is yours to protect. You're responsible for what happens under your account — tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
We may update these terms. We'll let you know, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
Certificates and badges are Imphere records — not government or official documents.
We can suspend accounts that break the rules. If that happens, Credits and vouchers are lost.
